Inova Fairfax Hospital for Children Hosts Child Safety Fair

(March 20, 2009) – Marsha Waggoner, RN, Family Centered Care, Inova Fairfax Hospital (left), is a Certified Child Passenger Safety Technician and demonstrated proper car seat safety for Jacqueline Aidaros (middle), Ibrahim Ahmed (right) and their 2-month-old daughter Bajaha at the hospital’s Child Safety Fair on March 18. Local families, patients and staff visited different booths that highlighted sports and swimming safety, bike safety, car seat safety, Internet safety, and nutrition and exercise. The event was sponsored by the Inova Fairfax Hospital for Children Patient and Family Education Committee.
