Inova Schar Cancer expands access to comprehensive cancer care with opening of Woodbridge location

New Prince William County location offers medical oncology, hematology, breast surgery, infusion and Inova Peterson Life with Cancer services

WOODBRIDGE, Va. – Inova Schar Cancer has opened in Woodbridge, marking a significant expansion of Inova’s cancer services in eastern Prince William County. Conveniently located near I-95 and Potomac Mills, the new location brings expert cancer treatment and support together in one setting, making it easier for patients to access high-quality care.

The new Inova Schar Cancer site includes 12 private infusion bays and dedicated clinical and procedure space. Medical oncology and hematology specialists will treat cancer and blood disorders, including sickle cell disease, while breast specialists will provide evaluation and surgical care.

Inova Peterson Life with Cancer offers onsite behavioral health therapy, oncology nutrition consultation, support groups, acupuncture, oncology massage and wellness programs. These services are available at no cost to patients, family members and caregivers regardless of where they live or receive cancer treatment.
