How about increasing the physician representation in the board, who are responsible for generating most of the revenue for the organization , without whom the Inova organization can’t survive. I think 1/3 representation of Physicians in the board would be very fair. But than, there is nothing fair in the corporate world which has a strangle hold on the communities in general. Bottom line is revenues and not welfare if the commons. Instead of getting high powered people in the board, get commoners from both business and health fields. Sorry for such scathing reviews.
