Inova Fairfax Hospital for Children Scores Big with a Visit from the Washington Freedom

Women’s Professional Soccer Team Player Tours Hospital – (December 7, 2009)

On Friday, Dec. 4, patients and staff at Inova Fairfax Hospital for Children welcomed Abby Wambach, a professional soccer player for the Washington Freedom. Wambach toured the hospital with Adminstrator David Goldberg and Senior Director Betsey Snow. She signed autographs, met patients and their families, and found many fans among those she visited.
