Inova Health System Launches Inova Children’s Cardiology

Expanded Network Enhances Regional Access to World-Class Pediatric Specialty Care

Falls Church, VA – Inova Health System announces the opening of Inova Children’s Cardiology, an outpatient pediatric cardiology practice with eight locations in Northern Virginia and suburban Maryland. Pediatrix^® Medical Group practices, Pediatric Cardiology Associates and Children’s Cardiology Associates, are joining Inova to form Inova Children’s Cardiology. Many of these existing locations in the region will remain the same, and a new Fairfax office has opened adjacent to Inova L.J. Murphy Children’s Hospital on Willow Oaks Corporate Drive.

“The establishment of Inova Children’s Cardiology is a natural extension of the Inova Children’s Heart Center serving pediatric patients at Inova L.J. Murphy Children’s Hospital. Inova Children’s Cardiology providers have been delivering exceptional cardiovascular care to pediatric patients in the Washington, DC, region for more than 30 years. Inova’s pediatric cardiologists, surgeons, advanced practitioners, nurses and ancillary support providers serve infants and children as well as adults with congenital heart conditions.
