Inova Conducts Northern Virginia Community Health Assessment Survey

Falls Church, VA – What are the most important health issues for our community?  What would most improve your quality of life and the lives of those in your community? Inova is conducting a short, anonymous survey to identify the most pressing health-related needs in your community.  Your input will help inform our ongoing efforts to deliver accessible, quality, patient-centered care throughout the region.

The survey only takes 3-4 minutes to complete and includes questions designed to gather community feedback on local health issues, improving quality of life, and understanding the strengths of the community.
