Humana Medicare Advantage Members Now Have In-Network Access to Inova Health System
Falls Church, Va. – Oct 7, 2020 – Inova Health System, the leading nonprofit healthcare provider in Northern Virginia, today announced an agreement with Humana Inc. (NYSE HUM) to expand health care options for Humana Medicare Advantage members in Northern Virginia and the Washington, DC metropolitan area. Inova serves more than two million individuals annually through an integrated network of hospitals, primary and specialty care practices, emergency and urgent care centers, outpatient services and destination institutes.

Motew, MD, MHA, FACS, Chief, Clinical Enterprise, Inova. “This agreement with Humana will enable greater choice for Medicare Advantage enrollees in Northern Virginia and enhance access to the world-class providers and services available through Inova Health System.”
The new agreement, already in effect, means current Humana Medicare Advantage members will now have in-network access to Inova’s five hospitals, multiple outpatient facilities, and close to 2,200 individual practitioners across the region.
