Pamela Andrews, MBA Announced as President of the American Case Management Association

The American Case Management Association (ACMA), a professional membership organization for nurses, social workers, physician leaders and other professionals in case management and transitions of care practice, announces Pamela Andrews, MBA, MSW, RN, CCM, ACM-RN, has assumed the position of President on the ACMA Board of Directors.
Pamela Andrews has been an active member of ACMA for twelve years and has held her Accredited Case Manager credential for eight years. As a proud member of ACMA Pamela has served on the chapter and national level for many years. Her chapter leadership included serving as past president for the ACMA Virginia Chapter as well as a national board liaison and national board mentor for additional chapters. At the national level, she served on various committees including Ethics and Public Policy. She will serve a two-year term as ACMA President from 2020-2022.

Pamela is the Assistant Vice President for System Case Management at Inova Health System in Fairfax, Virginia. Her leadership role includes the strategic direction of care transitions across the organization and board leadership for home health and infusion joint ventures.

Pamela brings a wealth of knowledge and dedication to the case management profession and plays an active role in improving transitions of care for patients and their families every day.
