Inova Loudoun Hospital Celebrates 10 Years of Children’s Emergency Service

Community Birthday Party is Set for Saturday, May 14 from 1 to 4 p.m.

Leesburg, VA – May 2, 2016 – Inova Loudoun Hospital will celebrate 10 years of treating pediatric patients in the county’s only Children’s ER on Saturday, May 14 from 1 – 4 p.m. at Inova Loudoun Hospital, 44035 Riverside Parkway in Leesburg, Va. The public is invited to this FREE fun, family celebration. The event will take place rain or shine.

Guests can enjoy a variety of activities including a petting zoo, glitter tattoo artists, moon bounce, and educational stations. Children are invited to bring their favorite teddy bear or stuffed toy to the teddy bear clinic in the Mobile Health Services bus. In addition, there will be tours of the Children’s ER, ambulance and helicopter, and Loudoun County Fire & Rescue emergency vehicles.

There will be yummy birthday treats and giveaways throughout the event. Attendees under 12 will receive PlayTape, an award-winning toy from InRoad Toys while supplies last.
