Inova Kellar Center Invites Golfers and Tennis Enthusiasts to Join 9th Annual Cardinal Bank Charity Classic

Charity Benefits Inova Kellar Center and Cardinal Community Fund

Falls Church, VA – (May 9, 2011) – Inova Kellar Center is proud to be a beneficiary of the ninth annual Cardinal Bank Charity Classic, a golf and tennis fundraising event held at the Country Club of Fairfax. This year’s honorary chairperson is local businessman Sidney Dewberry, a respected philanthropic leader and community advocate.

Since Cardinal Bank first began sponsoring the Charity Classic Golf and Tennis Tournament in 2002, it has raised more than $2 million for Inova Kellar Center and the Cardinal Bank Community Fund. In addition to helping individuals and businesses achieve their goals with innovative financial solutions, Cardinal is equally committed to the betterment of the community through its leadership in charitable and civic activities.

Inova Kellar Center is a not-for-profit comprehensive mental health/substance abuse and Special Education School that has been serving the community for 20 years. It provides structured and individualized mental health, substance abuse and special education programs to children, adolescents and their families. To ensure these vital community resources continue to be available to all in need, the Center relies on donations from individuals, foundations and corporations.
