Inova Kellar Center, a not-for-profit comprehensive mental health/substance abuse and Special Education School, has established a memorial fund in honor of the Kellar Family. The Arthur C. & Elizabeth Kellar Memorial Fund will ensure that treatment is provided to families without an ability to pay.
At a special reception February 16, 2010, daughters Judy Kellar Box and Mary Kellar helped to announce the fund and unveiled a new plaque in memory of their parents’ legacy.
In 1991, the Kellar Family Foundation and Inova Health System founded Inova Kellar Center.
