Alexandria: Beginning November 13, 2013, the Breast Cancer Support Group will start meeting every second Wednesday of the month. Members will meet with Dr. David Weintritt and Nurse Navigator Michele Reddick along with other team members. The purpose of the group is to provide a support for current and former breast cancer patients.
The support group will meet at 6:00 pm in the Engh conference room on the second floor at the Yellow Entrance at Inova Mount Vernon Hospital, 2501 Parker’s Lane, Alexandria, Virginia, 22306.
Discussion topics will address the needs of the group and can include; treatment options; discuss of support group members own personal experiences with experts and other women who are meeting the challenge of breast cancer, or simply support discussions among members. All are welcome to join this free group.
