Leesburg, VA – (May 6, 2013) — Inova Loudoun Hospital will offer an Infant Massage class for infants six weeks to nine months (pre-crawling). The Infant Massage class is three-one hour classes on Tuesday, May 21, Friday, May 24 and Tuesday, May 28 from 10 – 11 a.m. at The Birthing Inn at Inova Loudoun Hospital, 44045 Riverside Parkway, Leesburg.
In this class attendees will learn a massage routine and a colic/gas routine that can be used throughout a child’s life. Infant massage can help some babies sleep sounder, enhances neurological development and improves digestion. Yoga mats and massage oil will be available for use.
