COVID-19 Advisory

Statement:

Following the identification and emergence of COVID-19, Inova has responded by taking the following steps to protect the safety of our patients, caregivers, team members and the community. As always, in alignment with our values of Patient Always and One Team, patient and team member safety is a top priority. Inova:

• Has convened a multidisciplinary taskforce and developed a comprehensive response plan
• Is adhering to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and World Health Organization guidelines
• Initiated a screening process as well as appropriate treatment protocols if required
• Is collaborating with the Virginia Department of Health as well as regional health departments

Should you experience a fever and cough, or difficulty breathing, medical attention should be sought from your primary care provider.
