Need to add Nutritional guidance adequate diet, drinking water to stay hydrated, avoiding excessive sugar drinks, alcohol and red meats, adding high fiber foods and relaxation techniques such as breathing exercises, stretching and balance exercises and meditation need to be integral part of lifestyle for longevity, healthy body, stressless mind, and spiritual growth.
