Inova and Operation Walk Virginia Give the Gift of Walking

Operation Walk Virginia, a non-profit group founded in 2006 and led by Gerard Engh, MD, Medical Director, Inova Joint Replacement Center, Inova Mount Vernon Hospital, will be providing free knee and hip replacement surgeries to ten local people that have no insurance and no ability to pay for their surgery – (December 7, 2012).

We are proud that Inova physicians, nurses, physical therapists and others volunteer their expertise and time providing joint replacement surgeries in underserved communities.
