  • I am trying to pay my husband's bills on line. However, I cannot find the right place to accomplish a credit card payment. The web page indicated I could do the payment, but I didn't have a user ID or password. There was no link to set up a user ID and password. I called the number listed on the bill at about 4:15 pm on Wednesday, August 1, 2012. The office was closed. It offered a payment system, but when I stepped through the system, I found I could not make the payment by phone either. And I could not get a human to assist because you were closed. I have a question on one of the invoices because the Total Charges minus the insurance payment does not equal the balance. There was "Other Adjustments" which increased the balance by $111.00. I do not understand "Other Adjustments." It was not explained. Doesn't anyone step through these systems to test them before you deploy them? I find the phone service and web service to be very poor. Now I have to call on the phone tomorrow. This is very time consuming and annoying.

  • My compliments to your ER, hospital, and staff. I went to the ER with a kidney stone on 8/7/12 and spent the night in the hospital. Your doctors, nurses, admittance staff, and support staff were professional, caring, and informative. Keep up the good work.

  • I am having difficulty reaching your billing office after hours. How can I reach a live person to discuss my bill after I get home from work which is around 5pm weekdays. Thanks

  • I just wanted Inova to know that the tech at Dr. Hans office, Thelma, is superb. She has, in the last week drawn blood from me three times. This is the first time I have not bruised. Usually I have bruises from the size of a quarter to a silver dollar. She is gentle and considerate. Just wanted to let you know. Thank you. ~ Kathleen
