Join Board Certified Urologist Dr. Jennifer Young for an interactive virtual discussion about bladder cancer detection and cutting-edge treatment options.

Bladder cancer is the seventh most common cancer in the United States. It is most prevalent in white males over the age of 55. While the exact cause of bladder cancer is unknown, smoking, age and gender, family health history, and chronic bladder infections are all contributing risk factors.

Because bladder cancer has a strong tendency to come back once it has been diagnosed, early detection and continuous monitoring is essential. Bladder cancer is often detected via a cystoscopy, a procedure where a small camera is inserted into the bladder. Blue Light Cystoscopy with Cysview is an enhanced testing option that improves the physician’s ability to detect bladder cancer.

Participation is free. Register online or call 1.855.MY.INOVA (855.694.6682). Zoom login details will be emailed after participants register.
