Tight hamstrings? For some people, this is a result of excessive tension on the bottom of the foot. To help stretch out tight hamstrings try to touch your toes. Then, use a tennis or lacrosse ball to roll the bottom of each foot for 1-2 minutes per side. Retest your toe touch and see if you can tell a difference.
