Dr. Deeken treated my wife at Georgetown for several years. He will be sorrowly missed. Given that my wife has been suffering from cancer for more than 7 years now, we have met a good number of doctors over the years. Dr. Deeken is — by far — the best doctor we have ever encountered. He is a wonderful doctor and a wonderful person!

    Sorry to see him go.

Dr. Deeken treated me for Head ad Neck Cancer over the past few years and I can’ say enough about the time and care (andincrdible patience) he took to make my experience with cancer a lot less frightening. I often tiold him durng (and following) my chemo and radiation treatmets that I elt that he was the best doctor I have ever had. I know there are many other patients he was treatig a the same time who feel the same way.

I plan to keep in touch with Dr.Deekenat Inova.. As a medical doctor, he is truly one of a kind!

I briefly met Dr Deeken at LWC (life with cancer) meeting. I was very impressed with him, his knowledge and experience. I wouldn’t hesitate to have him as my oncologist if and age I need him.

Dr. Deeken treated my husband for head and neck cancer which began in 2007. We are truly grateful to have had him for a Doctor. He always had time to sit with him during his roughest moments. His calm, patient and caring manner made dealing with the worse thing possible seem more bearable. We refer to him as our miracle Doctor because my husband is now cancer free and we have him to thank. God Bless you and the work that you do Dr. Deeken. You have made a difference in the lives of others.
