This is to appreciate Ms. Jackie Ely, Physical Therapist at Mount Vernon Rehab Hospital. I checked in Rehab Hospital on September 17 (transferred from Fairfax Hospital) after my falling injury on my right shoulder and crack on my right hip joint. I think you were assigned as the lead Physical Therapist to rehab me back to normal. Remember we talked about my goal when checking out the rehab hospital, I said “I wish I can walk about 20 feet from my house to the car.”

Since then we had sold our Fairfax house and move to the west coast shortly after I checked out Mount Vernon Hospital. Following your kind instructions, I continue doing the physical rehab by walking and pulling the “monkey bars” every day. Now I can walk outdoor everyday after lunch for about an hour without the help of wheel chair (about two weeks in the hospital), nor quad-cane (about six weeks after hospital) with confidence and stability. The right shoulder joint is kind of slow though.

Again here I thank you. Hopefully this message can reach you eventually. //Charlie at Richland, Washington
