Inova HealthPlex – Ashburn and its Emergency Room Celebrating Grand Opening and Ribbon Cutting
Grand Opening and Ribbon Cutting on Thursday, Oct. 15 from 10 a.m. – noon
Leesburg, VA – October 2, 2015 – The Inova HealthPlex – Ashburn is celebrating a grand opening and official ribbon cutting ceremony on Thursday, October 15 from 10 a.m. to noon at 22505 Landmark Court, located at the Dulles Greenway and Loudoun County Parkway at the intersection of Loudoun County Parkway and Barrister Street, in Ashburn.
The new Inova HealthPlex – Ashburn has a 24-hour emergency room (ER) with board-certified emergency medicine physicians and emergency nurses trained in Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS). The staff and facility are prepared to address all emergencies from minor care to life threatening conditions. The ER has 17 private rooms including a two bay trauma room, a room designed for mental health patients, one gynecology room and an isolation room.
The new state-of-the-art HealthPlex will also feature:
- Diagnostic imaging center with CT scanner and 3D mammography
- 24-hour lab testing
- Primary care and OB/GYN offices
- Physical therapy center
The grand opening celebration on October 15 will include:
- Loudoun County Fire and Rescue equipment tours
- Inova Children’s Hospital pediatric ambulance tour
- Free health screenings
- Personalized tours of the new facility (free gift for those who complete the tour)
- Refreshments including popcorn and snow cones
- Face painting for the kids
The new Inova HealthPlex – Ashburn will start seeing patients on Friday, October 16 at 7 a.m.
