Inova Health System Launches E-Newsletter for Expectant and New Parents
Baby and me© Provides Parents with Customized Weekly Updates; Available in English and Spanish
Falls Church, VA – (February 9, 2009) — Inova Health System recently launched a weekly parenting electronic-newsletter, Baby and me©, that guides expectant parents though pregnancy, labor and delivery, and through the first year of their baby’s life.
Subscribers can choose from either English or Spanish, and will receive information tailored to their week of pregnancy and to the age of their newborn. They’ll be able to read about the stages of development of the fetus, physical changes that the mother-to-be may be experiencing, as well as tips on parenting and normal behaviors of newborns.
Subscribers can choose to receive hospital-specific information for Inova Alexandria, Inova Fairfax, Inova Fair Oaks or Inova Loudoun hospitals, such as special announcements from Inova Women’s and Pediatric Services, early access to Inova hospital classes and tour information. To sign up or to view a sample e-newsletter, visit www.inova.org/babyandme.

Hello,
I would like to sign up for the newsletter, but I cannot find any link or anywhere on a page to do this.
Could someone please send me instructions?
Thank you,
Unfortunately, we no longer offer the Baby & Me e-newsletter. We do have a Pregnancy online health library at http://healthlibrary.inova.org/Conditions/Pregnancy/. You may also be interested in signing up for another pregnancy information newsletter, possibly from BabyCenter (http://www.babycenter.com/newsletters) or The Bump (http://global.thebump.com/join/MemberLogin.aspx?target=http%3a%2f%2fglobal.thebump.com%2fjoin%2fSites%2fTheBump%2fEmailPreferences.aspx). The CDC (http://www.cdc.gov/pregnancy/) or the March of Dimes (http://www.marchofdimes.org/pregnancy.aspx) also provide pregnancy health information online.
Glad I found these comments… we just took a baby care class at the Birthing Inn at Loudoun and I picked up a brochure on the Baby and Me newsletter. I’ve been searching and searching, trying to find where to sign up online.
Hello Elyse, thank you for reaching out to us. I have forwarded your inquiry to my Marketing Contact and will let you know ASAP.
