Inova Alexandria Hospital To Hold Annual Women’s Health Expo

Meet Regional Healthcare Experts and Receive Free Screenings

Alexandria, VA – (October 29, 2008) — Do you worry about high blood pressure? Are you at risk for skin cancer? Would you like to learn how to deliver CPR to your infant? Learn more about these and other important healthcare issues at Inova Alexandria Hospital’s annual Women’s Expo November 8.

Suzanne Kennedy, reporter for ABC 7/WJLA, will discuss the challenges of juggling work and family life.

Attendees can choose from a host of tests including blood pressure and sun exposure using Dermaview. Nurses and hospital staff will be on hand at the health event to answer questions about nutrition, heart health, cancer, stroke prevention, chronic pain and more. Hour-long infant CPR instruction will be offered at noon for those registered for that class. Flu vaccinations will be provided for $25.
