Mobile Hope helps at-risk youth (18 and under) in Loudoun to meet their basic needs, ranging from providing food, clothing, blankets, personal and hygiene items, access to services and community support they would not otherwise have and basic medical care. Launched in the spring of 2011, Mobile Hope Services visits identified locations throughout the county several times a month to meet the growing needs of this vulnerable population.
